
Overview
Executive Vice Provost Paula Hammond provides strategic leadership, guidance, and oversight for institute-wide academic initiatives, with a focus on fostering faculty excellence, institutional effectiveness, and the advancement of MIT’s mission. The executive vice provost is a key member of the Institute’s academic leadership team and serves as a primary advocate for faculty development and mentoring. She also oversees several key institutional efforts as the senior advisor for the provost.
